Kristin Green-Vogt | The KGV Group w/ Century 21 Integra

"See the Good"

Kristin Green-Vogt began her real estate career shortly after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in hospitality management in 2008. After a short stint with The Ritz-Carlton, she returned home to Central Florida, where she got her real estate license and began working in rental management.

“It just took off for me,” Kristin reflects. “It set me up with so many relationships with people who were going to be in the market to buy or sell. I was able to put in the dirty work that this requires at the beginning wholeheartedly and lay a good foundation.”

Over the following years, Kristin’s career progressed naturally. She developed long-standing relationships with tenants, homeowners, and investors. She moved into traditional retail sales, and after her first daughter was born in 2013, she took her business to the next level. Over the years, Kristin grew a primarily referral-based business that stands as a testament to the value she provides.

Her Own Vision
Kristin spent about a decade building her business to become one of Central Florida’s best. She moved to Coldwell Banker for two years, quickly becoming their number one agent.

“And then I realized I became the big fish really easily. I wanted to be in a bigger pond to figure out the next level of growth,” Kristin reflects.

That led Kristin to found the Kristin Green-Vogt Group with Century 21 Integra Realty in April 2021. Her boutique brokerage now stands at around 12 agents. Kristin remains an active agent — and a top agent; she closed 90 homes for $31 million in 2021 and 69 homes for $38 million in 2022.

Kristin believes in the team she’s built. She enjoys having a large brand with the feel of a boutique brokerage.

“For me, it's most important to protect the energy. Real estate, for the most part, is a single-player sport, and there isn't a lot of camaraderie or support. There’s a lot of collaborating in our group, sharing information, and bringing value to each other,” Kristin explains. “We are serious about what we do, but we like to have fun. That element is important to us. Having babies and getting married are giant milestones, and buying a house is right up there. I want people to celebrate that and get to enjoy it. And we still understand it's a huge financial investment, and it's serious. So we combined the two.
“We become such a life raft for people, whether the change is good or challenging. I know I'm going to take excellent care of my people.”

Driven by Family
Kristin’s two kids, Kylie and Kennedy, are now nine and five. Kristin enjoys traveling, spending time with her kids, and giving back to her community.
One of the ways in which she’s given back is by writing a children’s book, It’s a Jungle Out There.

“I moved in August, and my kids were asking the same stuff as other kids. I realized that even though I’m involved with real estate every day, the kids were getting left out of the conversation. So I worked with some of the experts in the field to write the children's book "It’s a Jungle Out There". It’s a ride through the home-buying process and what it looks and feels like for little kids. My hope is to share that with other families because it’s a recurring theme.”

Family is a prominent theme in Kristin’s life. Her children are her motivation and primary purpose for the work she does. They are also her greatest joy — seconded by her real estate career.

“I’ve thrown everything into real estate and kids. I’m in a really good place. I love what I do, my kids are wonderful, and the growth of the group has been exciting. I’m looking forward to sustaining where we are, navigating this new market, and continuing to be a light and a source for people. I just want to have fun, see the good in everything, and be bright.”
