David and his team know that curb appeal and resale value are top priorities for their clients. Therefore, their focus is to help both buyers and sellers in whichever stage of homebuying they find themselves. “For new homeowners, there are often changes that need to be made to suit individual style and preferences,” he said. “For new builds, landscapes start from scratch. Our goal is to listen to the customer’s needs and deliver a customized design.”

Because customer satisfaction is the company’s top priority, their best days are helping someone realize their dream landscape, solving structural or aesthetic issues, or wowing them with something they could have never imagined themselves. 

“When it comes to landscape design, there are always new and innovative products and design elements to learn and implement,” David said. “In the past couple of years, we have had many customers install swim spas instead of full pools, and we have really enjoyed learning about and designing around these new features.”
