Meet the Fischer Britt Group. Stephanie Fischer and Laura Britt are best friends turned business partners. Their foundation of friendship as real estate agents led to the formation of their team.

 

 

Laura (Tumulty) Britt, a 6th generation Texan, grew up in Houston and attended Texas A&M University, where she earned her B.S. in Psychology. After college, she moved to Austin and worked as a teacher and school administrator before pursuing her passion for real estate. In 2012, she got her license, jumped in, and never looked back.

 

“Real estate has been in my heart since I was little,” she comments. “My Dad and I would spend some weekends exploring brand new communities that were popping up in the Houston area. We would walk through the model homes, and discuss the different builders and floorplans. Little did I know, it was instilling a love and respect for homes I’d carry with me to adulthood.”

 

Real estate is a natural fit for her. “I love helping both buyers and sellers turn their real estate dreams into a reality!” She enjoys being a part of such a huge event in their lives and helping people achieve their goals and dreams in Real Estate.

 

In 2018, Laura met her husband Michael, who works for the State of Texas, and they got married in 2021 in the Dominican Republic. They now reside in Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill.

 

In their free time, they love boating and traveling. “We are tropical beach people. We love being on the lake or the beach. Give us some water, and sunshine, and we are happy!” They have two dogs, a Golden Retriever named Shipley and a Bichon poodle mix named Fozzie Bear.

 

 

 

Stephanie Fischer, originally from San Antonio, lived there until she was 8, before moving to the suburbs of Chicago. She attended Texas State University in San Marcos and after graduation moved back to Chicago for 5 years as a fun way to spend her 20s.

 

At the age of 28, she was getting ready to settle down and wanted to move back to Austin, meeting her husband Scott, a Director of Finance for Radiant Heating and Plumbing, a year later. They dated for 2 ½ years, got married, and have a 5-year-old daughter named Savannah.

 

“Before I was in real estate, I was in digital marketing as an account manager,” says Stephanie. “I maintained client relationships and trained clients on how to digitally advertise. It sets me apart a bit from the average agent.” It gives her an edge in maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Now they reside in Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill, where they moved 3 ½ years ago. “We do a lot of business there,” says Stephanie.

 

Stephanie enjoys the constant companionship of her two dogs, a Golden Retriever named Moose and a Chihuahua Dachshund mix named Lula. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling to new destinations.

 

 

Laura and Stephanie realized that by combining their talents, they could create a real estate powerhouse that could take over the Austin market. They teamed up in 2022 and have been growing their business ever since.

 

The Fischer Britt Group specializes in helping clients find homes with more land, which is a popular trend in the Liberty Hill area where they reside. They also have extensive knowledge of  Santa Rita Ranch, where they do a lot of business and both live. The team provides high-end photography and staging services to ensure that their clients' homes sell quickly and for top dollar. These two women are passionate about creating a work-life balance and plan to hire more agents to join their team in the coming years.
