Jennifer Ferrera's story begins in Queens, New York, where she grew up in a household that struggled to make ends meet. Despite this, Jennifer always dreamed of helping others achieve the goal of homeownership, a dream that seemed out of reach for her own family.

At the age of 18, Jennifer obtained her real estate license and personal training license and began working tirelessly to make her dream a reality. She worked long hours, often taking on multiple jobs to earn more, all while building her reputation as a realtor. Her drive as an entrepreneur blossomed as she opened multiple businesses while living in New York City including a boot camp style fitness gym. “Creating a community where people can come together was always a passion of mine and something I plan on forever pursuing.”

Jennifer's passion for helping others find their dream home fueled her work, and she quickly gained a reputation as a knowledgeable and compassionate real estate agent. She made it her mission to work with clients of all backgrounds and financial situations, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Pura Vida 

After years of living in the hustle and bustle of the city, Jennifer and her partner decided to relocate to the beautiful beach town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. “It was one of the most magical times in my life. I was able to reconnect with my Hispanic roots, reimagine what I wanted my life to look like, and give priority to the things that were important to me. During those years I really immersed myself in yoga, health, and mindfulness. It shaped so much of who I am today!” 

She enjoyed the warm weather there, the welcoming locals, and the appreciation for the simpler, healthy things in life. While living in Costa Rica, Jennifer helped opened a non-profit jiu-jitsu studio that offered the children of low-income families the opportunity to train and be a part of a community that empowers them to rise above their circumstances. 

Passionate about Austin

After the birth of their first daughter in Costa Rica, Jen and Mike decided that they would always have a little bit of the Costa Rican “Pura Vida” in their hearts. However, they decided that a move to Austin would be the perfect compromise between the warm laid-back vibes of Costa Rica and the things they missed about city life in NYC.

From the moment she arrived in Austin, Jennifer fell in love with the city. She was drawn to the eclectic mix of people and the vibrant music and arts scene. She quickly got involved in the local community. “I knew the moment I moved here, I wanted to share everything that made this city so special and welcoming for us to anyone who was relocating to Austin!”

Jennifer's passion for real estate and her dedication to helping others find their dream home made her a perfect fit for the Austin market. She quickly established herself as a top-producing bilingual realtor, and her clients were consistently impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to navigate the competitive market with ease!

Jennifer's dedication and passion have made her a truly exceptional agent, one that her clients trust and rely on time and time again. Hobbies

When Jennifer is not busy helping her clients with their real estate needs, she indulges in her love for food by cooking and exploring new restaurants. The experiences that come with her culinary adventures add a unique flavor to her personality and keep her passion for real estate fueled. In her spare time, Jennifer is working towards obtaining her Yoga Training Certification, and she also enjoys pottery, playing Pickleball, and spending quality time with her two young daughters. Her dedication to her hobbies and family is just as impressive as her work ethic, demonstrating a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. Jennifer currently resides in the beautiful Hill Country right outside of Austin!
