August Cover Agents Over the Years
"Yes, seeing the world is such an experience, and an amazing one at that. However, you can always go somewhere else for a quick break, but where you choose to LIVE is a whole other story. The more I traveled, the more I started to see how special where I grew up really was. The more I was away from home, the more I saw how amazing the people here in North Idaho are. This is the type of place where you can raise a family, where you can build businesses, where you can have FUN. The more I left, the more I wanted to stay. Idaho has the perfect mixture of seasons, all the recreational things you can dream of and people who genuinely care."

"I am thankful for having an amazing family. I am blessed by having two amazing daughters that make me a proud Father. I have grown to love real estate and the incredible people I have met in this career. I used to take criminals out of their homes. Now I have the pleasure to help families own a home. Buying or selling a home is a stressful period for many people."

"Continue to further your education. One can never have enough knowledge in this business as rules, regulations and laws are constantly changing."

"I think the most important thing you can do is keep in touch with your past clients; they are your sphere of influence, and if you treat them right, they will be with you throughout your career (referrals to friends, etc.). One thing I have tried to do is "just do the right thing" and "do what you say." Sometimes it may cost you money. Take care of it, don't blame anybody, even if it is not your fault, take responsibility and get it done fast. Nobody is perfect, but if you can tell someone you’re sorry and ask how you can fix it, it will go a long ways. I am not perfect with this but pretty darn close."
