Ronald McDonald House Charities: A Place For Families
Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest (RMHC INW) is a beacon of hope and love for families in need. Every day, families from all walks of life come through our doors with one shared goal - to be close to their children and provide them with the best possible care.
One such family is the Crums, who recently welcomed baby Stella into the world prematurely at 34 weeks. While Stella grew stronger with each passing day, her parents stayed by her side for 31 nights at RMHC INW. They found solace in the warm and welcoming environment of the house, which allowed them to focus on their daughter's well-being without worrying about the logistics of lodging and meals.
Another family, the Torres Valdivias, has been on a longer health journey with their son Brayden, who was diagnosed with leukemia in March. For the past three months, his parents and three siblings have been present and supportive throughout his treatments. RMHC INW has been their Home-Away-From-Home, allowing them to stay together and provide the love and care Brayden needs during this challenging time.
At RMHC INW, we believe that love is the most powerful force in the world. We provide a place for families to come together and share moments big and small, laughter and hugs, and most importantly, being together. Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of families, and we do that by providing a home away from home where they can find comfort and support during their time of need.
You can help support families like the Crum and the Torres Valdivia families by donating or volunteering at rmhcinlandnw.org. Every little bit counts and makes a huge impact on the lives of these families. Join us in spreading love and hope to those who need it most.
