Seth Sias
EXP Realty, LLC
“You can do anything you put your mind to, no matter what your background is,” says REALTOR® Seth Sias. His main goal is to motivate and inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
Growing up, Seth divided his time between his mom’s household in Grove City and his dad’s near Circleville. He says: “Both my parents and stepparents helped me become the man I am today.”
Seth claims he got a lot of his personality and his entrepreneurial spirit from his dad, who sadly passed away in 2021, the same month Seth’s business really took off. “My dad is my hero,” he says. “He played a huge role in my life.”
Through high school, Seth had a passion for football and wrestling and he worked in fast food. His fast food career ended when he was 17 as he told his boss he quit to “chase the American dream.” At 18, he ran his family concession business and was a horse farrier but long story short, he tried a bit of everything until falling in love with real estate and becoming a REALTOR® in August of 2020.
Seth has found countless passions through his new career but he cherishes changing lives above all. “I love seeing my clients achieve their goals,” he says. “Having that impact is so fulfilling!” Seth also found he really enjoys teaching others about investing in real estate as well as training his team.
While he finds it rewarding to watch his team grow personally and professionally, he is always striving to grow himself as well. His goal is to create a legacy for his two sons, Kingston and Bow, to continue once he is gone. Seth says his “family and his freedom” are his “why” in life. Everything for him changed when he decided to stop depending on employment from someone other than himself.
Another thing real estate has granted Seth is a better opportunity to support his community, which has always been a big priority for him. One of the most important things to Seth in terms of giving back to the community is an annual monopoly tournament. This is a chance to teach children about financial literacy, something Seth did not have access to growing up and feels it is not taught enough in schools.
“My career is a vessel to get me where I want to be: with my family and I’m free to do whatever I want whenever I want,” Seth claims. His biggest supporter is his wife, Aubrey, who is his absolute best friend and their two boys are their whole world.
When he is not hard at work, Seth’s favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends. He especially likes hunting and fishing as well and he also just started playing darts.
