Brandon Metoyer

Opening All the Doors to Life

Brandon Metoyer's journey into real estate—much like his life—is anything but conventional. From network engineering to performing in musicals, Brandon's path has been shaped by his relentless pursuit of creativity, freedom, and excellence. His story is a testament to the power of embracing one’s true passions, even when it means taking risks and stepping into the unknown.

Before stepping into real estate, Brandon worked as a network engineer at a large communications company in Colorado. The job, though stable, felt stifling and drained his creativity. The grueling hours and lack of creative freedom eventually pushed him to leave the field entirely.

Brandon’s next move was to New York City, where he pursued acting and singing full-time. He appeared in various musicals and films, channeling his artistic energy into these performances. However, the NYC lifestyle began to lose its appeal as the work became repetitive.

After returning to Colorado in 2019, Brandon found himself in one of the most challenging periods of his life. Despite being highly inspired by his creative pursuits in NYC, he was back in Colorado, struggling to find stable work.

“I had a serious crossroad on my hands,” Brandon recalls. “Either I was going to give up on my dreams, the dreams that were the only thing keeping me alive, or I needed to make a huge change. I changed EVERYTHING about myself, clothes, fitness lifestyle, relationships, my self-talk, everything. Which turned out to be the best decision of my life.”

It was during this time that Brandon stumbled upon the mortgage industry. He passed his Loan Officer exam after three days of studying and quickly realized there was a whole side of the housing industry he didn’t know.

“Since as far back as I can remember I’ve carried the philosophy of, ‘If I don’t know everything about it, I know nothing.’ So, before I even knew that you could be both a REALTOR® and a loan officer, I began studying for the REALTOR® exam,” Brandon shares. “I got my real estate license to learn what the realtor side of the business looked like and what conversations these realtors were having with their clients that I wasn't privy to,” he adds.

After discovering he could work as a loan officer and a REALTOR®, Brandon was off to the races. His dual licensing has allowed him to bridge the gap between real estate and mortgage services, providing a seamless experience for his clients, earning him the nickname “The Face of Dual Licensing” in Colorado. He also spends his free time offering training to other REALTOR® and Loan Officers, helping them become dual licensed, just as he did.

Brandon loves real estate for the flexibility to set his own schedule, allowing him to continue performing in musicals and acting. What sets Brandon apart in the real estate industry is his ability to merge his artistic talents with his professional life. As a top 40 iTunes charting singer under the name Elymvnt, Brandon often integrates his music into his real estate projects. “I often put my own singing behind my house walkthrough videos and real estate projects—most people don’t know it’s actually me singing,” he says.

Brandon’s creative pursuits don’t stop there. He’s also a bodybuilder, a TikTok artist featured on the Broadway musical Hamilton’s TikTok page, a model signed to Wilhelmina Denver, and a sponsored athlete with Nutrishop Parker. His ability to juggle multiple roles and excel in each is a testament to his extraordinary focus and discipline.

Brandon’s drive for success is deeply rooted in his family’s values. Growing up in a family of “Christian-based go-getters,” Brandon was always encouraged to strive for excellence. His father, Tony Metoyer, recently opened a Christian college where the entire family plays a role in its operation—Brandon is the treasurer and social media manager.

Brandon credits Olivia Maharry to being “the secret behind many successes.” “We are a flawless team,” he notes. “She helps film my house walk-through videos, keeps track of my hourly to-do list, etc. She really plays the role of the perfect assistant, friend, and partner in every way.”

Looking ahead, Brandon has big dreams of opening his own lending and realty brokerage, handpicking Loan Officers and REALTORS® who share his work ethic and values. As he continues to grow in his career, he remains committed to living life on his own terms, driven by a passion for excellence and a desire to help others succeed.

Relentless ambition, creative expression, and an unwavering commitment to success—Brandon is not just a REALTOR®; he’s an artist, a performer, and a mentor, using his unique talents to redefine what it means to be successful in real estate.
