Vicki Zeeb

A Journey of Passion, Expertise, and Genuine Care

Vicki Zeeb embodies the perfect blend of passion, expertise, and genuine care for her clients. With just five years in the field, Vicki has rapidly ascended to the upper echelons of her profession, proving that dedication and a people-first approach can lead to extraordinary success.

Born and raised in Colorado, Vicki's path to real estate was one of serendipity and self-discovery. After obtaining her Master's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, where she taught undergraduate students Public Speaking and Introduction to Business, Vicki's journey took an unexpected turn.

“When our daughter was a year old, I went to the library and got caught in my first ever women-empowerment book,” Vicki recalls. “I called my husband and said, 'I think I want to go into real estate,' and that was that!” This pivotal moment ignited a career that would not only fulfill her but also touch the lives of countless others.

With a background in insurance and human resources, Vicki's transition into real estate seemed like a natural fit. “I thought it would be something I could learn quickly with my background, and I loved the idea of helping people,” she explains. “It's a relationship business, and I love that about this career.”

Throughout her entire real estate career, Vicki has been with Coldwell Banker Realty, a partnership that has proven instrumental in her rapid rise to success. “My brokerage sets you up to succeed if you execute on their suggestions, utilize all the tools at your fingertips they provide, jump into classes offered, join a small group of other agents to bounce ideas, wins, and losses off of,” Vicki explains. The supportive environment, coupled with a culture of positivity and camaraderie, has been crucial to Vicki's professional growth.

Over the past five years, Vicki's steadfast commitment and drive for excellence have propelled her to remarkable heights. She ranks as the #1 Realtor in the #1 Coldwell Banker office in Colorado for 2023, securing the #7 spot among all Coldwell Banker agents in the state. Her achievements extend further, placing her within the Top 1% of Colorado Realtors and the Top 2% internationally.

Vicki's success is not merely measured by numbers but by the profound impact she has on her clients' lives. “The most rewarding part of my business is seeing the sparkle in my clients' eyes when we close on their home,” she shares. “I love all of my clients, but first-time home buyers – it's pretty heartwarming when you help them cross the finish line.”

At the core of Vicki's approach is a deep-rooted passion for education and empowerment. “I never thought I would be passionate about real estate, and that's being honest,” she admits. “But I am. I love every aspect of this career, but mostly love educating buyers and sellers before the process begins, as we go through it, and congratulating them in the end!”

Her journey is not without its challenges, and she openly acknowledges the importance of setting boundaries. “Personally, boundaries with clients is something I may always work on,” she reflects. “I don't guard my time as well as I should.”

Vicki's dedication extends beyond her professional life, as she values her family just as deeply as her career. “Success for me is raising my children to become good and HAPPY humans with morals, integrity, beautiful hearts, and a nice work ethic,” she says. “If my children are happy and good to others, I did something right.”

Vicki, her husband Matthew, and their children, Eiley and Dean, form a tight-knit unit that fuels her ambitions and grounds her success. The family enjoys creating cherished memories together through outdoor activities like hiking and camping, as well as simple joys at home. Whether it's impromptu dance parties to Disney tunes in the living room or supporting their children's imaginative aspirations (like Dean's dream of becoming a “singing cowboy”), the Zeeb household is filled with love, laughter, and mutual support.

Growth in the real estate industry, Vicki believes, stems from embracing guidance and staying true to oneself. “If you have a realtor, a coach, or a mentor that takes the time to give advice, have coffee, or help you, soak it up and take action,” she advises aspiring top producers. “Don't compare yourself to others, do your own thing and be REALLY good at what you're good at, not what others are good at.”

Vicki's impact transcends the real estate realm, as she actively supports organizations such as Saint Jude's, several animal shelters, and Hope Haven Rwanda, where she sponsors three children's education annually. Her dedication to giving back is a testament to her belief in making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Vicki maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying tennis, CrossFit, and running. She also has a passion for music, particularly country. “If I could choose one genre for the rest of my life, it would be anything country, but especially old George Strait or 70s-90s country that you can two-step to,” she shares.

As Vicki continues to navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape, her story serves as an inspiration to those who dare to follow their dreams with determination and compassion. “I want people to remember me as someone who was honest, great at my trade, had a heart for giving, and loved others fiercely,” she shares, encapsulating the essence of her journey.
