Seibel Development & Investments

Building Tomorrow's Denver

Seibel Construction, a family-owned residential and commercial construction company, has been a prominent presence in the Greater Denver area since 2017. Led by four members of the Seibel family—Jim (Business Development), Zach (Real Estate/Sales), Cole (Contractor), and Alexa (Accounting/Interior Design)—alongside 20 dedicated employees, the company has established a strong foothold in the region.

After five years of successful operations, the Seibel crew has set their sights on a new venture: in early 2022, they officially launched Seibel Development & Investments (SDI), their real estate development company.

Over the years, Seibel Construction has demonstrated its ability to adapt, grow, and venture into new directions. SDI embodies this spirit of evolution, aiming to expand the group's self-development operations. While SDI operates as an independent entity, it remains closely connected to Seibel Construction, representing a natural progression for the organization. Seibel Construction's core operations remain unchanged, ensuring continuity in their services.

The SDI team comprises six members, including the four Seibel family members and recent additions Bobby Rukavina and Bryce Parietti, who joined the group in early 2022.

Hailing from the heart of the Midwest, Bobby's journey has been deeply intertwined with the realm of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development since the outset of his career. Over the years, his expertise has played a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of assets exceeding $100 million across Colorado and Massachusetts. Presently, he holds the esteemed position of Director of Acquisitions and Development Manager at Seibel Development and Investments.

Bryce, serving as SDI's Director of Finance & Development Manager, harmonizes financial acumen and strategic vision. With a background in commercial real estate banking, including his tenure as Vice President of Lending at First Western Trust in Denver, Bryce navigates equity and debt partnerships to drive residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Front Range. His journey to SDI was fueled by an entrepreneurial drive and a commitment to community reinvestment, rooted in his upbringing in Littleton, CO, and a shared Colorado heritage, making his role more than just a career choice—it's a fusion of values and vision.

Despite being a nascent entity, SDI has made significant strides, acquiring development properties in West Denver and Lakewood, and progressing through the entitlement phase for multiple projects. Anticipating the delivery of several dozen units by 2024-2025, SDI is poised for rapid growth.

As SDI accelerates its development initiatives, the company has forged partnerships with key stakeholders in Denver and throughout Colorado. Collaborating with local brokers, lenders, and municipalities, SDI is actively realizing its development vision, focusing primarily on infill residential communities ranging from 5-30 units, each with substantial value potential.

SDI and Seibel Construction share a commitment to success for all stakeholders involved in the building and redevelopment process, prioritizing the communities they serve. Emphasizing a risk-centric investment approach, they rely on their partners and expert teams in development, architecture, engineering, and design to drive value creation and deliver above-market risk-adjusted returns.
