Originally from Carol Stream, Illinois, Anthony began his professional journey with a degree in business administration. His early career in sales gave him a deep appreciation for understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions. Yet, Anthony always felt a pull to do something more impactful. Recognizing a gap in the insurance industry—especially in services that could support REALTORSⓇ in providing their clients with comprehensive, flexible options—he decided to take a leap and start Next Level Insurance Agency.
"I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap in the insurance industry," Anthony explains. "Too often, buyers are being forced into one-size-fits-all solutions, and that just doesn’t work in today’s complex real estate market."
In 2024, Anthony launched Next Level Insurance Agency, purposefully naming it to reflect the company’s commitment to above-and-beyond service. The firm collaborates with seventeen direct carriers, allowing them to offer tailored solutions for everything from affordable condos to high-end luxury properties. This versatility is key to ensuring every client’s unique needs are met—an invaluable asset for REALTORSⓇ who are navigating tight closing timelines and diverse market scenarios.
But even with these service advantages, starting his own business wasn’t without its challenges.
“The first year was all about family and business,” says Anthony. “I poured every spare moment into getting Next Level Insurance Agency off the ground.”
Navigating a crowded and competitive industry meant long hours, countless meetings, and building trust with both carriers and clients from scratch. Anthony credits his perseverance and focus on relationships for helping him overcome these early struggles.
“I made it my mission to not just provide insurance, but to also offer a partnership—something that REALTORSⓇ and lenders could rely on to close deals smoothly and efficiently,” he affirms.
Today, Next Level Insurance Agency stands out for its client-centric approach. Unlike captive agents who work with just one carrier, the team at Next Level uses their diverse carrier panel to find the best match for each situation. Despite his demanding schedule, Campanella makes family a top priority. He and his wife, Rosanna, high school sweethearts, are raising their three young children, Giuliana, Michael, and Leonardo. The family also includes Rookie, their beloved golden retriever.
“My family is the center of my world,” states Anthony. “Even at the office, it’s a family affair. Our kids love to visit, and I think it’s important that they see the value of hard work and dedication. Balancing family and business can be tough, but it’s also what makes everything worth it.”
