“Real estate for me has been less about sales figures and more of a way to connect with and assist people. Despite Major Homes’ numerous achievements, Rachel remains grounded, acknowledging the challenges that come with the territory. “One of the largest challenges in the past couple of years is finding suitable and affordable housing for clients,” she admitted. However, her team’s proactive approach and strategies have enabled them to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions for their clients.

She especially loves to tour old houses. “The older and quirkier, the better!” Lauren said. “I love old-home history and fun facts about real estate!”

According to Amanda, the most rewarding part of her business is being able to watch herself grow and blossom after a hard closing of her previous business. “I’m very thankful for fresh starts and new opportunities, and I never want to find a new job again,” she said. “I absolutely love real estate and all it offers for our family!”
