Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Andrea's upbringing was steeped in hard work and family values. "My grandparents, who immigrated here from Italy and built their lives from the ground up, played a central role in my upbringing," Andrea shares. "They, along with my parents, instilled in me the importance of faith, family, and integrity, values that continue to guide me in both life and business."

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science and Vocal Performance (Opera), Andrea's journey took her through law school and into a successful career as a commercial business litigator, while continuing her passion for music with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus. However, it was her transition into real estate that truly ignited her dedication to service, and passion for people.

"After practicing law for seven years, I made the decision to prioritize my family and pursue a career that allowed me to serve others in a more meaningful way," Andrea explains. "Real estate was the perfect blend of my skills in law and marketing, and it offered me the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives."

Joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as an independent agent, Andrea quickly established herself as a force to be reckoned with in the luxury real estate market. Specializing in 1+ acre estate homes and equestrian properties in Milton and Alpharetta, Andrea's dedication to her clients and her commitment to excellence have earned her numerous accolades, including being named a Companywide Top 10 individual agent in Q1 2024, and earning consecutive Top Producer awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Reflecting on her career trajectory, Andrea credits her grandfather, Anthony "Tony" Falasco, a WWII veteran who earned a Purpose Heart for his service, as her greatest source of inspiration. "My grandfather's resilience, work ethic, and unwavering positivity have always been a guiding light for me," Andrea says. "He taught me the importance of humility, hard work, and building deep, meaningful relationships beyond family."

Andrea's journey hasn't been without its challenges. Like many working mothers, she faced the daunting task of balancing career ambitions with family responsibilities. "Deciding to start a new career over from scratch was the hardest part," Andrea admits. "But through prayer, perseverance, and unwavering determination, I found the courage to pursue my dreams and redefine success on my own terms."
