Ben Davis, the office manager and most senior agent, has been instrumental in establishing and growing a dedicated team of five employees. Years of Diverse Experience:
Ben’s insurance career took off when he crossed paths with Bryan Fassbender while selling him a truck. Little did Ben know that this encounter would lead to an exciting career transition. “He was looking for an agent to work in his new office,” Ben recalls. “We had a good time with the sales process for his vehicle and after the transaction was completed he offered me a job.” Ben was ready for a change. He was weary of the often contentious nature of car sales, where he was encouraged to sell the most expensive product. “I wanted a job where I was on the client’s side, instead of the other side of the transaction,” he says. “I had a license for life and health annuities from a previous position with Hancock Whitney Bank, so this was a perfect fit.” He also draws on his customer service and management experience as store manager for a GNC store. “I’ve been in consultative sales for 12 years,” Ben says. “The stuff I learned through odd jobs and different careers has blended together to form my approach at Fassbender.” He often recalls a nugget of truth his dad taught him, saying, “He said you can’t plan for the opportunity you just need to take it, so I did.”
 
Building Relationships and Celebrating Victories:

The small team of five employees works together, supports one another, and even enjoys social gatherings outside of work. The team recently gathered at Bryan and Krystal Fassbender's house for a big cookout to celebrate birthdays and reflect on the office's victories over the past few challenging months. This camaraderie and shared sense of purpose contribute to a positive work environment and exceptional client service. “We have the autonomy to run the office well with my oversight,” Ben explains. “Our goal is to build this office up and continue to provide superior customer service and customized solutions that our clients and business partners know and trust.”
