As the sun glimpsed over the horizon, and with a brisk breeze forming from the west, teams and the staff from Real Producers Magazine and Estridge Homes worked feverishly to prepare for the Summer Party 2023. IRP was thrilled to announce that this year’s party would be held at the newly revealed Midland in Westfield, Indiana - the most exciting and vibrant new community in the area!

According to our host, the ever-fun Estridge Homes liaisons, Midland is not just a place to call home. It is a place to create memories that will last a lifetime. Imagine strolling through beautiful parks, exploring scenic trails, and dancing the night away to live music under the stars. Midland has something for everyone, whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation.

Next to a beautiful home to tour, Estridge shut down a street and pulled in a very large food truck and a quaint little wine truck for the nourishment of our partners and agents.  Our host and Publisher, Remington Ramsey, interrupted the plethora of conversations and introductions of agents and partners with his usual humorous gifting of the many fantastic prizes drawn just for our REALTORS®.  The partners’ incomparable generosity was evident as agents won a slew of gift baskets, gift cards to awesome places like Top Golf, Grand Junction, Starbucks, Lowes and Cheesecake Factory to name a few.  

After touring the home, attendees were treated to a delicious lunch complete with homemade pizza chosen especially by them and for them.   Indy Real Producing Agents were on-hand to mix and mingle, and agents and partners appreciated the opportunity to take a break and enjoy the Indy real estate community.  

It is hard to believe also that we are eight years old and that the RP Magazine is now in over 120 cities in America in that short span.  The excitement and community that rallies around the magazine has replicated itself in so many other places, and the one constant is that agents, partners and clients find the communities to be thriving and resourceful for all.  We set out to connect, elevate and inspire, and we are seeing those goals realized.
