“I cannot overstate the importance of cultivating strong relationships and staying on top of market trends in this complex field. It requires a thorough understanding of regulations and adept navigation to ensure compliance and exceptional service to our valued clients,” Michelle said.

Ron’s current passion revolves around the relationships he has built. As the premier salesperson for multiple builders in the area, he finds fulfillment in putting families into new homes. “Every time I put a person or family into a new home, I know it is a life-changing event,” he said. “Being able to be the one to make that happen drives my passion for what I do.” 

“I wanted to have control of the outcome and create a positive experience for clients,” Chantel said. “Real estate gave me the opportunity to combine my passion for the industry with my entrepreneurial spirit. Creating The Hines Team allowed me to marry that with the intention of helping other agents succeed with their goals personally or professionally.”

Adriana was ultimately guided back to real estate because of her deep-rooted connection to her family and her admiration for her father’s entrepreneurial spirit. “My parents, especially my dad — who was an immigrant — shared a similar dream of helping families create the home they envisioned,” she said. “His work ethic and ability to start a business from the ground up have
encouraged me that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.”

With years of experience in corporate relocation and a deep connection to her elderly parents, nothing ignites Michele’s passion more than helping relocation clients and senior citizens with downsizing. “My empathy for both groups allows me to provide unparalleled care and support throughout the entire real estate process,” Michele explained.

“Each individual comes with a story and achievements that bring a fascinating dimension to my work,” Kevin said. “A significant aspect of my role involves assisting those who are seeking a fresh start. Whether they are buying their first home, transitioning to a new city, or downsizing for retirement, I have the utmost respect for their courage and determination. Kristie’s dedication to assisting specific groups — such as first-time homebuyers, senior citizens and single parents — significantly contributes to her enthusiasm. “I have an immense dedication toward my clients, which often results in strong bonds by the time we reach the closing table,” Kristie shared. “Many of my clients have become my friends.”
