Kevin Little
With Regions Mortgage
Forging Relationships and Honoring Values
Kevin Little, vice president and mortgage lender at Regions Mortgage, doesn’t back down from a challenge. Whether it be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro or finding solutions for clients, he’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure every challenge ends with a positive outcome.
With a degree in financing/banking, Kevin’s extensive knowledge gives him the background he needs to provide his clients with the best service possible. He believes his 18 years of employment with Regions Mortgage accounts for how his beliefs are parallel to their core values as a company. Through these five core values — Do what is right, put people first, reach higher, focus on the customer, and enjoy life — Kevin believes they are the foundation for successfully creating long-term relationships with his clients.
While providing various financing services, from purchasing, refinancing, and construction/renovation lending, Kevin specializes in each process allowing his clients to know they are in good hands. As a larger lending company, Kevin understands the wariness of clients not believing they will receive individual care like in a small company. He passionately explains, “with branches across Middle Tennessee, we are devoted to handling every transaction to the client’s unique needs and situations.”
Kevin explains what sets Regions Mortgage apart from other mortgage institutions is they don’t sell loans to third parties. “We keep our loans in-house. This lets my clients know if they have questions, I’ll be there for them, whether it be a month or years after closing.”
Not only is he a phone call away, but you’ll see Kevin actively around the community and real estate industry. He enjoys attending events with local associations and sharing his work with others. Competition doesn’t come to his mind while conversing with individuals using other mortgage companies. “I appreciate REALTORS® showing loyalty to those they use. I just ask if a client wants to use Regions to think of me first.”
A Heart For Others and Giving Back
Kevin and his wife, Amy, will celebrate 20 years of marriage in 2023. When possible, they enjoy traveling worldwide to learn about new cultures. The couple is greeted at home by their two playful cats and two energetic Goldendoodles after a long day at work.
Around 15 years ago, Kevin helped start a nonprofit organization that concentrates on restoring Jewish cemeteries in Poland. “I’m not Jewish, but learning about the connection between Christianity and Judaism really sparked my interest,” Kevin explains. Since the beginning of the nonprofit, he has traveled to Poland 14 times to contribute.
