Kylee Boyle
Mastering Real Estate With a Heartfelt Touch
When it comes to real estate, some professionals stand out not just for their skills but for their heart and passion. Kylee Boyle, the operations manager of Oakland County’s Elite Realty, is one of those standout stars. Since diving into the real estate realm in 2019, Kylee has turned her knack for sales and her love for helping people into a flourishing career.
Kylee’s journey into real estate began with a pivotal role at one of the top property management companies in Metro Detroit in 2018. “I was offered the position of sales manager for a local property management company. I spent the next couple of years helping the company build out infrastructure, learning the business, and expanding and growing the owner’s portfolio and the client portfolios,” she recalled. By 2021, Kylee had climbed the ranks to become the director of operations and then made the significant move to Elite Realty.
Before real estate, Kylee’s career was a whirlwind of various sales roles, ranging from cell phones to essential oils. Her diverse background even includes earning a four-year degree in paralegal sciences and running a law firm specializing in family law and evictions. “I have sold cell phones, FilterQueen vacuums, Bibles, clothing, essential oils, and Beachbody, but my paralegal background has served my clients very well,” she said with a chuckle.
For Kylee, the desire for more family time with her three children and flexibility in her schedule — as well as the potential for uncapped income — drove her transition to real estate. “Aside from really enjoying the sales process, I truly love helping people,” she said. “There’s nothing better than getting a client who either nobody else will work with or nobody else can help, and I come alongside them and give them a really great experience.”
Kylee’s roots run deep in Michigan. Born in Pontiac and raised in White Lake, she spent time in the Upper Peninsula in Phoenix, where she cared for her ailing grandmother before returning to Waterford. Her parents, who still live in Waterford, have been a significant influence on her life. “They have given me such a great foundation on relationships and teamwork,” she shared. Her faith also plays a crucial role, guiding her through personal and professional challenges.
Currently, Kylee heads up Elite Realty’s new Waterford office in Oakland County. She takes pride in mentoring new agents, ensuring that they are supported and well-trained to succeed. “I focus on learning what their goals are and on helping them strategize and implement plans that will lead them to meet or exceed their goals in their personal and professional lives,” she explained. Kylee has also established training schedules and workshops to foster a familial culture at Elite Realty, where agents support and celebrate each other’s successes.
Kylee’s passion for real estate extends to investing, particularly in Detroit. “I love Detroit. I love our history. I love the architecture,” she said. “It is such an amazing city, and I’m so excited to help people take part in the resurgence and the commercialism that is bringing the city back to life.”
Despite the rewarding aspects of her career, Kylee acknowledges the challenges, particularly the emotional and physical demands of the job. “It can be very emotionally draining, exceedingly stressful, and physically demanding to do this job,” she admitted. The support from her team at Elite Realty, however, keeps her going. “People will do any job as long as they’re happy with the work and love the people they’re working with. And I love our Elite Realty team,” Kylee added.
Kylee envisions real estate as a means to create a steady stream of passive income for her family while pursuing other passions such as writing. “This career allows me the flexibility and financial support to launch my writing career and publish my book ‘The Fox,’ as well as grow our show, Elite Life Podcast — the personal and professional podcast I co-host with my broker and bestie, Trisha Dork.”
When asked about her definition of success, Kylee mentioned that it varies from person to person and season to season. “For me, right now, success is making sure that we have the money that we need — and, of course, the money that we want — to live the life that I believe God has created for us,” she said.
Kylee is not just a name in real estate: She is a beacon of hope and inspiration, proving that with faith, determination, and a bit of heart, anything is possible. As she puts it, “Everything is figure-out-able.”
