As a little girl growing up in a small town in Oklahoma, Bobbi Lynn Bolton dreamed of living in a warmer climate with plenty of sunshine. After moving to Dunedin, Florida in high school, she found her new home and set her sights on a career that would allow her to thrive in this new environment.

After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Theater, Bobbi Lynn moved to the Orlando area and took on a role as a restaurant manager for a large chain. It was a job that gave her valuable experience in customer service and management, but it wasn't where she saw herself in the long term.

Jon is a true “Florida Cracker”, born and raised in Tampa. His father was a licensed Real Estate agent and a licensed general contractor. So, Jon followed in his father’s footsteps and obtained his degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida and settled in the Orlando area in 1990. He did one year as a Superintendent for The Nassal Company. In 1998 he started performing home inspections by contracting out of 3 different home inspection companies and by 2000 he was ready to go out on his own so he could better serve the Orlando Real Estate community.

As fate would have it, Bobbi Lynn's path would soon cross with Jon Bolton, the founder of Inspectagator, a local home inspection company. The two hit it off and began

dating, and eventually got married. With Jon's years of experience in the home

inspection industry and Bobbi Lynn's passion for customer service and management, they decided to join forces and take Inspectagator to the next level.

Bobbi Lynn serves as the Promotagator for Inspectagator, handling the marketing and outreach efforts for the company. She's been instrumental in building the company's brand and reputation and has helped to expand its services to include

exclusive warranty protection, free initial pest treatment, and a comprehensive post-inspection walk-through. 

"We believe in creating a fun culture and keeping things light," Bobbi Lynn says of the

Inspectagator team. "We created the name by combining Inspect-ing with

Investi-gating and came up with Inspectagator. So Inspectagator was born. To stay with the name and role, we have Amanda the Adminigator to schedule inspections and handle client success, Jackie the Accountagator to handle all things money, Judy the Growthagator to develop agent relationships, Jon the EducataGator to create CE classes and training not only for our team but for inspectors nationwide and then a field of Inspectagators out there to perform Inspections."

Bobbi Lynn is proud of what the team at Inspectagator has accomplished over the years. 

"From day one we have worked with integrity looked at each inspection from the viewpoint of all involved and strove to be the first to bring a new technology or service to the industry," she says. "We believe that working with professionals in the industry and developing a team of trusted professionals creates a well-oiled machine for more business for everyone. Inspectagator is like the oil that lubricates that machine and keeps it running smoothly."

In December of 2022 Jon and Bobbi Lynn were presented with the opportunity to increase their value add for the real estate community by joining the LaunchPad Home Group family, a company that is making history as the first company of home services that is backed by Private Equity.  They are now able to provide a suite of benefits for their team and a suite of services for their clients and agents. Looking ahead, Bobbi Lynn has big plans for the future of Inspectagator. "Our 2023 goals are to expand our service areas so we never have to say no to an agent request and to add home services to provide the most comprehensive top-notch service possible for agents, buyers, and sellers," she says. "We are continuing to add

upper-level leadership to stay on the cutting edge of the market and its ever-changing needs." 

As for Bobbi Lynn's personal life, she and Jon enjoy spending time together outside of work. "In our off time, we like to travel, spend time enjoying our home, and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather in their jeep," she says. "Getting outside the office allows us to unwind, reset the clocks, and connect with our community."
