"It was a turning point for us," Wendy reflects. "Since joining Compass, as the founding group in the Boca/Delray area, we’ve grown exponentially: our staff has grown 2x and our team of agents has grown 3x. We have opened numerous divisions including rental, commercial, relocation, and in the works, international."
