Justin's academic journey commenced at The Pennsylvania State University, where he laid the groundwork for a career that seamlessly blended his love for construction and a deep-rooted connection with people. The shift to real estate was not a predetermined path for Justin; it was a revelation that unfolded during an internship with a top realtor in Philadelphia. Witnessing the lifestyle and success of family members in the mortgage industry sparked an epiphany. The allure of connecting with people, coupled with the financial potential, led Justin to embark on a 21-year-long love affair with real estate.

Reflecting on his journey, Justin shares, "I fell in love with what I do quickly, and to this day, I can say there has never been a day I woke up not wanting to go to work. I really feel for the people who do feel that way because, like we all hear, when you do what you love, it is not work, and there is no better feeling."

Justin attributes his flourishing career to a natural inclination for social interactions. For him, sales is not about tactics but providing services and building relationships. His unique approach focuses on creating options that align with clients' long-term goals rather than employing conventional sales strategies.

"I get nauseous when I hear the word sales because I don’t sell anything but the services I provide and myself. The rest seems to fall in place when you keep your side of the street clean," says Justin, emphasizing the significance of authenticity in his approach.

Entering the real estate business driven by the desire to emulate the success of his brother, Justin's unwavering commitment to the industry and continuous self-improvement propelled him to the top. The focus shifted from knowing it all to understanding the necessity of continuous learning, resulting in a transformation and ascent to the pinnacle of the profession.

One of Justin's significant challenges was expecting the same level of dedication from others. The realization that not everyone shares his passion led to a paradigm shift. Today, he creates a work environment where associates are motivated to match his dedication.

"Expecting others to be like me or care as much as I do... I realized I am only setting myself up to not be happy," admits Justin, highlighting the importance of understanding individual perspectives.

For Justin, the ultimate inspiration is his three-year-old daughter. Setting goals involves setting the bar higher each time, examining past performance, and ensuring business growth without compromising client satisfaction.

"My goals I always set higher than I come up with by examining the previous year and realize what I should have been doing. I have found that the moment I get unreasonable is the moment I set myself up," shares Justin, illustrating the strategic approach behind his goal-setting.

Being a father and leading the Champions Club are Justin's proudest achievements. His core values revolve around maintaining his reputation and the joy of fatherhood. "I am a strong believer that as long as I keep my side of the street clean, all is well," says Justin, underlining the significance of personal values in his life.

"Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and the couple very close ones I have for a reason in my life, playing golf, love to travel, watching all sports, shooting my guns, eating cheesesteaks (from Philadelphia), taking my dogs out, and learning more and more about new things arising in the mortgage industry," shares Justin, offering a glimpse into his multifaceted personality.

True to his compassionate nature, Justin actively supports St. Jude's and ASPCA. In the next five to ten years, Justin envisions himself as a mentor, speaker, and consultant, sharing his wealth of experience to guide others in the industry.

"My true dream is to be a mentor/speaker/consultant for people in our industry so I can help them get to the next level," expresses Justin, revealing his desire to contribute to the growth of the industry. "My why is to make dreams come true for people who have been denied and/or people who are under the impression it is hard to get a mortgage. I want to show them how easy it is when you are with the right person. I love the feeling of seeing someone who works so hard but thinks it is impossible to be a homeowner – so when I show them and it’s done, there’s no better feeling."

His journey reflects the truth that when passion meets profession, every day feels like a step toward a dream rather than a mundane task.
