Brandon's journey began in New Hampshire, where he earned a degree in Business Administration at Keene State College. It was there that he discovered his passion for real estate, inspired by his first love, Melinda. Brandon decided to move to Florida, following the opportunities that unfolded for him in the high-rise construction trash removal and recycling services industry. Despite the cultural shift from New Hampshire to Miami and the great recession, Brandon's unwavering determination and work ethic remained steadfast. 

Building Success in Real Estate:

In Miami, Brandon honed his skills by working on significant high-rise projects, specializing in recycling and trash services. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Creative Homebuyers of America company, focusing on property flipping, ultimately propelling him to become a major real estate investor in Palm Beach County. In 2012, Brandon acquired a real estate license and ventured into a real estate brokerage.

One Stop Mortgage

After experiencing first-hand the weaknesses in the mortgage industry, he set out to improve the model. With his wife Melinda, he founded One Stop Mortgage to be a one-stop shop for all your mortgage needs. By operating as a mortgage brokerage, they can successfully shop rates and find a loan package that fits the needs of any buyer. The company has quickly grown, tripling in size in a few short years and continues to scale up. In 2022 Brandon and his wife Melinda established a multimillion dollar hard money fund for local real estate investors. Brandon is passionate about helping real estate investors at all levels get funding for deals to create wealth for their families.

Commitment to Giving Back:

For Brandon, success extends beyond financial achievements. He emphasizes the importance of love, hospitality and purpose-focused in both his business and personal life. Alongside his wife Melinda, he engages in community service, serving as a marriage coaches and supporting causes like 'Married for a Purpose.' Melinda and Brandon also share two amazing children, Zander and Annabelle. For Brandon, the opportunity to be a Dad is his greatest gift and joy.
