In 2014, Esther Gibson and her husband Marine Veteran Raul Gibson started the business in their garage. Esther says, “It was a garage packed full of ideas, innovation, and creativity.” Esther, a crafter, was a homemaker and part-time Volunteer Coordinator and started selling things out of her home. One day, Raul told her to look at a machine to expedite

her orders.

“We started whipping out the orders I was getting,” she comments. “Keeping up with the demand became a challenge and my brother was able to step in and help. He really plays an important role in the business. He’s definitely my right-hand man and treats it like his own. That means a lot to me.” Together, their business grew from a garage to become a local cornerstone, adapting to people’s needs.

Specializing in embroidery, Esther wanted to bring something to Andrews that never existed. “I started with engraving,” she comments. That was the first machine she purchased. “It took off from there,” she comments. She also did large format printing. “Then we started to offer embroidery custom work,” she recalls. “Breaking ground in 2018 was a game changer; it allowed us to expand and purchase more machines for faster turnaround times.”

 

With their ability, the GCC team can embroider the names of companies with ease. “It’s very convenient for the oil field,” she comments. Logos can also be placed on apparel, which is ideal for businesses to gain market exposure and make an impression on their customers. “A fast and easy one stop shop is my goal.” 

 

Through the years, the business has evolved to thousands of items with various ways to customize. Esther says, “From bulk item promotional products to one-of-a-kind designs, we do it all!” This local, family-run, hard-working company is eager to serve our community.

Born in Midland, Esther was raised in Andrews and married her high school sweetheart, Raul, who is a veteran.  They have been married for 18 years and are proud to be a veteran-owned company.

 

Times have changed since they got married. “I’ve got kiddos and a grandbaby now,” smiles Esther. “My family was raised in the business.”
