REBECCA HUANG
Rebecca Huang receives 95% of her clients from referrals. How? “I love learning," she says. "Every client is different, and keeps me on my toes.”
Meet Real Producing agent Rebecca, an experienced real estate virtuoso whose journey is woven with a tapestry of success stories in every home she's touched with an unwavering commitment to achieving a client's best interest.
Rebecca is not merely a real estate professional; she is the embodiment of a strategic and resourceful partner dedicated to providing an elevated standard of service in every transaction. Rebecca stands as an exemplary figure, seamlessly integrating profound knowledge, plentiful resources, and an extensive network to deliver an unparalleled service to her clients.
Rebecca grew up in Quincy and has now lived in Weymouth for the past 7 years, loving her new home. “It’s a great place to live, close to the Cape for summer vacations.”
Back when she was a senior in college at Suffolk University, a friend of Rebecca’s sister took her out to lunch and talked about real estate with her, but really, she opened a door into Rebecca’s soon-to-be perfect career path.
“After our conversation, I was hooked,” Rebecca said. “Her experience made it seem so interesting, and I related to her bubbly personality.”
And in true Rebecca fashion, she hit the ground running. “I graduated in May, got my license in July, but still I was nervous.”
Rebecca wasn’t sure that a career in real estate was going to be good for her, but in her second week, she had a half-million cash offer accepted, and immediately started to gain momentum. She began working in real estate full-time right away.
She started at Success! office in Quincy in 2014. Today, she’s at East West Real Estate, where she loves her colleagues and the office culture. “It’s a brick-and-mortar boutique, focused on the local area, but the best part is I really appreciate how supportive my broker is.”
If there’s one thing you should know about Rebecca though, it’s that she’s always looking to improve, to challenge herself, and to grow her business. It’s a huge key to her success, and paired with her passion for the industry, it’s made her a star on the South Shore real estate scene. “Developing a reputation for integrity and reliability can lead to long-term success in the real estate industry. Building and maintaining trust in the real estate business -- that’s how my clients feel confident in my professionalism, honesty and commitment to their best interest.”
“I enjoy the whole process—the complexity of it, negotiating, communicating and understanding client needs are crucial, and focus on presenting a compelling case for why I’m the best choice for meeting the client’s real estate requirements.”
“I’m proud to keep pushing myself to do better and better.” And she gets better and better. In her 10 years in the industry, she’s completed more than 700 transactions, be it buying, selling, commercial deals, or rentals. Even after all her success, Rebecca keeps striving for further accomplishment. “This is my passion.”
“You just have to be authentic, and be comfortable being yourself.” She credits her ability to have a loyal client base with her ability to “be ethical, transparent, and honest.”
She’s one of the top producers in the area, by leveraging strong communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. “I love the complexity,” she explains, “solving a problem in a negotiation—the challenge makes it rewarding”.
Just as productive in her free time, Rebecca loves sports: tennis, golf; she plays pool, chess, ping pong, and poker; thrives while traveling, and spending time on Cape Cod.
Across work and fun—Rebecca is pushing herself to be better and better each year. “I’m proud to be able to build a strong reputation and a loyal client base. Those relationships drive me to exceed sales targets every year.”
