As a Real Estate Agent with Complete Realty Sales & Management, LLC, Kelsey demonstrates a commitment to her clients that lets them know without a doubt she places much more emphasis on the relational bonds than she does on the properties involved.

“One of the pieces of advice I give whenever I talk with someone who is getting into the business is to not push people into decisions,” Kelsey points out. 

“I am helping people with one of the biggest decisions they will make. I want to ensure that they know I understand how important that is, and that I am there to help them through every step of that process.”

Easing the Journey
Kelsey earned her real estate license in 2017. It was definitely an important step in a journey she had been on for a while.

“I always knew I wanted to sell real estate. It had sparked some interest for me,” Kelsey says. 

“I did property management full-time and then I took the next step to get my license. It was nice for me to have that background which definitely helped me in real estate. I loved it from the start. I knew there would be nothing else I would do.”

Creating and Maintaining Valuable Connections
At the heart of her passion for the profession are the connections and bonds she forms through time with her clients. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and elderly clients. 

“Friendship grows from my transactions,” she points out. “It’s more than buying or selling to me. I feel a lot of pride that people refer me to others they know.”

Rewarding Results
That dedicated effort on behalf of her clients’ best interests has led to rewarding results. In fact, Kelsey has received her Lifetime Bronze and Silver Awards.

Away from work, Kelsey feels the fulfillment of her family in her life. She and her husband, Chris, share the same path in life and business, with Chris being licensed. 

Together, they are proud to be the face of Fair Grove Complete Realty. In turn, they are huge sponsors of the school district. As part of that, they are big supporters of local sports teams.

“We take a lot of pride in investing in our community,” Kelsey points out.

Driven by Family
Kelsey and Chris cherish time spent with their three children. Together, they like staying active outdoors with hunting, side-by-side riding and spending time at the lake.

“My family is what drives me. They motivate me to be better every day than I was the day before,” Kelsey says. “I love having my kids look up to me.”
