After getting his start and building his business in Kansas City, Rob opened his very first expansion office in Springfield five years ago.
Today, his team has 13 agents in Springfield, with 42 agents in his expansion offices outside Kansas City.
Rob has appreciated the opportunity to grow his business and serve the needs of the Springfield area for the last several years.
“It’s been a learning curve, but it’s important that every market has a unique marketing plan because no two regions are the same,” Rob points out.
“Springfield has been great because we can incorporate not only a local marketing plan but also a Kansas City marketing plan for Springfield. We have a full-time marketing team, including graphic design and a social media director to ensure clients get the most exposure when selling their home.”

The success that Rob and his team have experienced in Springfield is just a part of the overall picture. In fact, today there are more than 3,000 ReeceNichols agents in Kansas City. Those agents are also a contributing factor here.
As Rob says, “We work to have these agents send any clients moving to southern Missouri to our local team here. It makes for a really smooth transition for our clients.”
“Our agents love having all the extra tools and honestly enjoy the culture with the team,” Rob emphasizes.
“I visit often. We have fun events both locally, and the agents in Springfield also get to join us in Kansas City from time to time for overall team fun.”
