Titan Title & Closing, LLC was established by Robert Butler in 2006. He had a vision of creating a unique closing company that had more than just the escrow services to offer. Partnering with Jason Hadrava, the two would become the dynamic force needed to catapult the company into the next steps. Together they developed the foundation of what is now a great company with an amazing culture that has been growing fast for the last five years. 

Titan Title’s growth can be attributed to the people that were strategically recruited to the team during this growth period. The true heartbeat of Titan Title is the employees, the teams that are pushing every day to give the best service to clients, and evolving as the business grows.

We have created an environment that is a family-friendly, employee-first platform. We have a belief system and know that if you hire the right people, give them a great environment, the right tools, and treat them well, it will create the right momentum that ultimately transforms an average company into an amazing one that has a great group of loyal employees that care about the health and wealth of the company and its future. 

That is exactly what has happened here at Titan. We realize that, to some degree, this is a widely used statement ... but, at Titan, our people really are our greatest assets. Titan is a family!

We have grown so much over the last five years because of this mantra. The owners are involved and are willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into any aspect of the company that needs their attention and input. Titan attributes a lot of its growth to the many loyal clients that have been brought into our lives and believe in our culture of real relationships.

One of our keys to success is the willingness to do what it takes to succeed. The Titan culture has become one that is known by most people in the local industry. “If it can be done, call Titan... They’ll get it done!” 

One of the main slogans that the industry knows well, and was born out of the "get it done no matter what attitude," is the phrase #TitanTough. This slogan embodies everything about Titan Title. It means that, through it all, we stand together, we fight for each other, and we protect our tribe! Will there be issues? Well, of course, it’s part of the business, but it is how we choose to find the solution that changes the issues into opportunities. This is the framework of Titan Title.

You must be willing to choose to see the greatness of opportunity in every obstacle that presents itself. This is not only from a business stance but life as well. Because of you, we have been able to open offices in the following locations: Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Claremore, Ponca City, Oklahoma City, a commercial division in South Tulsa, and a few more soon to be added. 

We are blessed to be able to open these locations to better accommodate the amazing growth of everyone’s business, share our culture, and add value to the closing experience. We honestly know that we are just getting started!
