Talia Gila of Keller Williams of Greenville Central is unafraid of hard work. Originally from Israel, Talia served in the Israeli army. During her years serving in the military, she learned how to serve others and build trust in the community. Passionate about helping others and possessing experience in sales, Talia thought Real Estate would be the right path for herself. Talia loves connecting with new people- hearing their stories. Being trilingual (English, Hebrew, and Spanish) allows her to connect with people from different cultures. 

In 2018, Talia became a solo agent at Keller Williams Greenville Central. The daily training classes offered by the company were very appealing to Talia as a new agent. In her first few months, she received endless support, which was crucial to her success as an agent. She is currently in her fifth year as a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Greenville Central; due to the wonderful culture of the office, Talia has grown as an agent and an investor. 

At the beginning of her Real Estate career, Talia was new to the field and the area. She had just moved from Charleston and lacked the connections most people have when they start their career in Real Estate. She worked twice as hard to build her network. All of her hard work paid off- she has built a clientele she is proud to call friends, and she is incredibly proud that many of her new clients are referrals from past clients. At Christmas, she held a big customer appreciation event, and Talia was delighted by the event's success. Her goal is to grow her business and have her team consist of Agents with similar goals. Her husband is also in the real estate business, and they plan to grow together as a team. Currently, they both are investing in real estate and construction. 

After five years as a Real Estate Agent, Talia has an impressive resume. In 2021, Talia sold 98 units. In 2022, she sold 75 units totaling nearly 24 million in sales. 

Proud of where she came from, Talia supports her community in Israel. She gives back to the place she grew up. Locally, she supports the Jewish community in Greenville. 

An adventurer at heart, Talia loves to travel and experience new things. She loves spending time on the water- kayaking or swimming. She is a fashionista that enjoys a good day spent shopping and spending time with friends. A social butterfly, she loves spending time with her 

close friends, trying new cuisines or cooking traditional Israeli meals for her friends and family. Talia and her husband, Moshe Adz, have two amazing pomeranian dogs, Ray and Sky. Spending time with their precious dogs is a daily highlight for the couple. 

One of her favorite hobbies is making and buying gifts! She explained, "nothing makes me happier than finding (or making) the perfect thing for someone." She loves a challenge; seeing someone light up after opening the perfect gift brings her joy. 

Talia advises other Realtors to "get connected and surround themselves with successful agents, people sphere because you can always learn from them. " 

Talia's favorite quote is from George Bernard Shaw "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." Success isn't handed to you; Talia explains, "success in actions knowing your core and knowing why is so important… success is Not Final, and Failure is Not Fatal: it is the Courage to Continue that counts. Sometimes it is just showing up at the right time and place. Other times it is showing up again and again. It doesn't matter how great you or your product is if you are not continuously showing up. Show up, show up, show up. Close the deals, get the sale, and scale it."
