Brian and Kristin Lunsford are embarking on a new business venture. They already own and run two businesses in Jacksonville (if that isn’t enough), but when they realized one of their most valuable marketing assets was ending in December 2020, they decided to take that on as well. They are relaunching Jacksonville Real Producers with its July 2021 issue.

Brian and Kristin advertised in the previous Jacksonville RP magazine for about eight months and were already seeing payoff. In that short amount of time, the top Jacksonville agents were recognizing them from their monthly advertisements as a Preferred Partner.

“That feature helped people to get to know us better,” they said. “It also helped us to know who the top agents were and learn more about them.”

They shared their Preferred Spotlights on social media to keep the recognition up. And once they started getting business from top agents who were seeing them in the Real Producers publication, word of mouth continued to spread and other agents felt comfortable reaching out as well.

“We are very excited to start fresh with the Jacksonville RP publication,” the Lunsfords said. “We feel coming in as a previous partner really gives us a unique perspective to understand that side and to make it a more beneficial experience for all the partners. We hope to establish a community with lots of communication and engagement.”

Jacksonville Real Producers is BACK! We are excited to be the new owners/publishers of this fantastic publication.

Jacksonville Real Producers serves the top real estate agents in our area by hosting exclusive invite-only social events, introducing REALTORS® to the best vendors in the industry, and publishing a magazine for and about the top-performing agents in Northeast Florida. Real Producers is a fast-growing, thriving platform that is now in over 100 markets across the country.

Like many of you, we were saddened to learn last December that Real Producers in Jacksonville was ending at the end of the year. We saw the value Real Producers provided to both top-producing real estate agents and business partners because we were a preferred business partner ourselves, owning an inspection company and a pest control business.

Our experience and timing led us to this unique opportunity to serve and showcase the top 500 real estate agents in the Jacksonville market.

We both have a background in media. Brian was a television producer at the FOX affiliate in Atlanta, and Kristin received a minor in mass communications. Though we later chose different career paths as Brian became an entrepreneur and Kristin taught middle school and earned her doctorate degree, we have always had a love for journalism. Leading Jacksonville Real Producers has been a natural fit for us and came at a perfect time in our lives as we are no longer in the day-to-day with our other businesses.

We are thrilled to continue the great tradition of sharing the personal and professional stories and achievements of the top agents and preferred business partners in the Jacksonville (Northeast Florida) area.

The magazine will continue to include all of the great things that you loved before, like the cover agent features, rising stars pieces, and the business partner spotlights. We will also bring you interesting new content about local charities, industry leaders, and more.

At our events, the top agents and preferred business partners are invited free of charge. Real Producers provides all of the food and drinks at these high-end events that bring successful Jacksonville REALTORS® and businesses together to mingle for an evening.

Our professional photographers capture these fun and unique events and then we share the photos and videos on social media and in the magazine for maximum exposure.

We find that so much value is created from attending these exciting in-person events as relationships are formed or strengthened between agents and businesses after hanging out together.

One of our first events will be hosted at the Jacksonville Jaguars stadium!

We have assembled an incredible team of professionals: writers, photographers, videographers, event coordinators, ad managers, content editors, graphic designers, and more.

Kristin is a Jacksonville native, and although she spent half of her life in Georgia, she has always had an affection for this wonderful area of Florida. Brian is from Atlanta and is a University of Georgia graduate, but after moving down here five years ago, he absolutely loves the Sunshine State lifestyle and is here to stay. We live in Ponte Vedra Beach with our two children, Jake (8) and Abby (7).

We enjoy spending our days at the beach and watching our kids play sports. We also love traveling and have set a goal of visiting all 50 states with our children before they graduate high school.

Jacksonville Real Producers is also here to stay. We are grateful to have this unique opportunity to serve and celebrate this outstanding community of elite real estate agents and business professionals. Let the fun begin!
