Area Directors build relationships among the top-performing real estate agents in their area, meet one-on-one with industry vendors, manage client relationships, and plan events and magazine content (or bring on staff to handle these responsibilities). The Area Director life is what you make of it – income is uncapped and based on personal sales activity. Work when you want from where you want… no nights or weekends required.
