 One of the constants in the life and work of both Chris and his wife, Lorrie, is the
 importance of quality. Chris is often heard saying, “quality takes time.” As the owners
 of Tri-State Home Solutions, the Farvers are dedicated to creating and implementing
 positive interactions and experiences for their clients. With continuous repeat and
 referral business and a plethora of five-star reviews, the couple knows that their business
 lasts during the long haul due to their quality work and their strong relationships. For
 them, success is not only about performing great inspections but about taking care of
 people in the right way.

 Chris says that many agents have them inspect their own homes — a great

 Chris brings a wide range of knowledge to the business. He entered the Navy at
 seventeen years old and served six years. He then spent 30 years in the IT industry
 before launching Smart Home Solutions. He notes that the most important game-changer for him was literally reading a book about the "Power of Now." He encourages
 people to live in the moment. “We should not dwell in the past (makes us depressed) or
 the future (makes us have anxiety), but we should do everything we can to be engaged
 right now."

 Chris and Lorrie have been married for 40 years, and they have two sons:
 Christopher (34) and Danial (28), who is married to Mandie and has a son named Jax
 (6). The couple loves anything outdoors — especially “Jeeping.” Chris loves to take a
 Jeep down to the frame and then restore it. They also enjoy “rock crawling” in the
 newly restored vehicles. They raised their sons in a log cabin that Chris built, and their
 current home that sits on 77 acres is one that he designed from a concept called "barndominium." Lorre makes homemade soap and has a large garden from which she
 cans.

 Chris always describes his relationships with the explanation that “agents who
 get to know us always trust us. We try to give them the hope that their clients are in
 good hands with us, and we teach them that we are not there to ‘kill a deal.’” He always
 encourages agents and their clients to come to the inspections, and he provides a
 “summary time” when they are over, which is educational and helpful in promoting
 confidence in the home both presently and going forward.

 Chris and Lorre find their work fulfilling, and with state-of-the-art technology and
